Pitney Bowes Management Services and Imaging Solutions Form Alliance

Author:

Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc. (PBMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI), and Imaging Solutions, Inc. (ISI) announced the formation of an alliance between the two companies. Under the newly signed agreement, PBMS, as part of its document processing solutions initiatives, will work jointly with Imaging Solutions to uncover opportunities that leverage the companies’ respective service offerings: for PBMS, its expertise and experience in the management of outsourced labor for document processing; for Imaging Solutions, its technology platforms and service offerings.

Robert Mattis, vice president, Business Development, PBMS, stated that, “We are expanding our footprint in the document process outsourcing and records management arena by providing our customers with the technology components needed to capture, distribute and manage inbound content in digital format. Combining our skills in these areas with Imaging Solutions’ technology and service offerings enables us to expand our offerings cost-efficiently and effectively.”

Roger S. Tausig, president and CEO of Imaging Solutions, Inc., said, “The formation of our alliance with PBMS is a very exciting development for our company. The relationship is a natural one because each of us brings significant know-how to the table as far as our respective skill sets go, so our two businesses are highly complementary. Furthermore, throughout the process of building the partnership, we found the PBMS management team to be extremely partner friendly and highly motivated to make this initiative a success.”
